Y9 GCSE geography fieldwork
Year 9 geography students have recently returned from fieldtrips to Yorkshire’s east coast. Students enjoyed some early October sunshine (as well as fish and chips by the seaside!), visiting Mappleton and Hornsea. Their enquiry focussed on comparing different types of coastal management, and investigating how Europe’s fastest eroding coastline is being protected.
Students were a credit to the school through their excellent attitude and are currently presenting results and writing up their enquiry work back in school. Well done Year 9!
