Food Technology: Food Fusion

Year 7 have been busy practising their new knife skills this week making Fruit Fusion. We had some delicious outcomes and we look forward to the next challenge of Fruit Crumble using the rubbing in method.

Lily-Jean and Freya voted best Fruit Fusion in the group by their peers. Well done.
