English: Rebel Writers

Rebel Writers have had a busy term! Some of them got the chance to attend the prestigious Arvon residential in Shropshire. They spent an entire week working with professional writers in an idyllic rural setting.

Last week they wrapped up an 8 week course with the BBC young writer Kirsty Taylor. We are eternally grateful to Headingley Literature Festival, particularly Sally Bavage, for continuing to fund a professional writer every year. The group made a film of their words and be will be posting that very soon!
