Drama: Y7 & Y8 Showcase

On the final week of a long half term, the Drama department decided to put on a Year 7 & 8 Drama Showcase of all different performances. The theme decided by the students was SUMMER and all the performances were created by the students themselves. We had poetry, devised drama pieces, songs students had written themselves and dances they had choreographed all hosted by our talented GCSE and A-Level students. The students all worked extremely hard over the last 12 weeks to put the showcase together and it was greatly received by a fantastic audience. All cleverly staged managed by Miss Ross and Miss Mahmood. All in all a brilliant end to successful year in the Drama Department. Roll on next year!
